Sales Development Representative
Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative your primary goal is to start sales conversations and manage the pre-sales pipeline in order to set quality discovery calls for CIENCE’s Sales team and/or our Clients.

Responsibilities
- Manage the top of the funnel activity for CIENCE’s pipeline with the purpose of scheduling opportunities/discovery calls for CIENCE’s Sales Executive team and/or Clients.
- Handle omni-channel outbound campaigns (Email, Cold Calling, and LinkedIn).
- Generate leads and opportunities based on the market signals.
- Identifying patterns in the campaign performance and providing a constant feedback loop with the team.
- Execute & test new outreach strategies.
- Prospect into different buyer personas.
- Analyze the campaign performance and the target audience behavior.
- Develop outreach ideas based on the results seen from the current strategy.
- Personalize the conversations across various channels to get the highest conversion.
- Constantly communicate with peers on the campaign to exchange experience and pass the opportunities for higher meeting conversions on the campaign.
