As an SDR, your primary goal is to ignite sales conversations, manage the pre-sales pipeline, and set discovery calls, contributing to CIENCE’s global impact.
What We Offer:
- Exceptional Earning Potential: Earn bonuses for each scheduled appointment, plus generous bonuses for surpassing targets.
- Hitting quota every month = $1,500 in bonus plus $750 in base, that's $2,250 US Dollars

Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand the top of the sales funnel.- Conduct omni-channel outbound campaigns (Email, Cold Calling, LinkedIn).
- Generate and convert leads into opportunities.
- Continuously analyze and adapt campaign strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Maintain constant communication with the team for collaborative growth and success.
- YOU have control over how many contacts to pursue — no caps!
Requirements:
- Proven sales development experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
- Resilience, creativity, and a team-focused mindset.
Location Requirement:
- Must currently reside in Argentina
