CIENCE has named operations specialist Michele Crocker as Chief Operating Officer, moving into a newly created role as our company continues to experience unprecedented growth. She will be responsible for implementing operational strategies and building best-in-class teams for the organization.

Michele joined CIENCE earlier this year after more than twenty years in various operations roles with companies such as British Airways, UPS, DHL Express, and Herbalife. She recently served as chief customer officer at Cardiff Martech, where she was responsible for advising organizations on how to fix call and contact center operations and optimize staff.
In her new position at CIENCE, Michele will implement innovative strategies for teams while training the internal staff on how to scale efficiently. Her previous experience as a strategic leader of large contact centers and customer service operations has given her the top operational leadership skills needed to deliver our strategic agenda.

Michele Crocker has been honored by her peers by serving as the Southwest Regional President for the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals and achieving the Certified Center of Excellence award from Purdue University. Michele completed her Master’s degree at the Thames Valley College, London, and attended the Executive Leadership program in Strategic Customer Service at Harvard University.
