Comparably Names CIENCE One of the Best Companies for Career Growth

Comparably, a leading workplace culture and compensation monitoring site, announced its annual list of Best Companies for Career Growth and placed CIENCE as #14 among the chosen top 50 large companies in the U.S. 

"Maintaining meaningful opportunities for professional development in a remote environment can be challenging," said Comparably CEO Jason Nazar. "The Best Companies for Career Growth recognizes organizations like CIENCE that continue to successfully groom and mentor the future leaders of tomorrow, according to those who know best—their employees."

Comparably is a platform that serves the goal of providing more transparent and rewarding workplaces. Every user can access various data scopes, such as compensation, ratings on leadership, work experience, and corporate culture.

The list of Best Companies for Career Growth was compiled based on anonymous employee reviews about the professional development opportunities in companies all over the U.S. To define the development opportunities at a company, respondents answered questions about challenges at a workplace, mentorship, feedback for improving results, management style, and possibilities of career advancement.

The companies were then grouped by size: large and mid-sized/small. To become a participant, a large company (over 500 employees) had to have a minimum of 75 employee participants. For statistical significance, bonus points were given to the companies with more substantial participation from their employee base. The data was collected over a 12-month period.
